Are your prices excl. VAT?
Yes. All prices are excl. VAT; VAT is added (21% for customers established in Belgium). The offer is for professionals only. Prices do not include your purchases from your wholesalers, the fees they charge, or any Claude or ChatGPT subscription you may have.
How is the annual plan billed?
The annual plan costs €150 excl. VAT per user per month, i.e. €1,800 excl. VAT per year. It is billed once, in advance, and commits you for 12 fixed months. At the end of the term, it is automatically renewed for 12 months, unless cancelled by email at least 3 months before the end of the period. Compared with the monthly plan (12 × €180 = €2,160), you save €360 per user, about −17%.
Can I stop the monthly plan whenever I want?
Yes. The €180 excl. VAT per user per month plan has no commitment: you can cancel any month by email, with one month's notice. The annual plan, by contrast, runs for 12 fixed months with no early termination, then renews for 12 months unless cancelled at least 3 months before the end of the term.
There are several of us in the kitchen. How does it work?
Each person has their own named access, billed per user. A single access cannot be shared. You can add a user at any time (on the annual plan, billed pro rata until the end of the term), and reassign an access once a month, for example when a team member leaves.
How does payment work?
By bank transfer, on invoice, with 30-day payment terms. Access to the service may start once the first invoice has been paid.
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Not for most of the service: the web app and WhatsApp are included. Some features are, however, only available from Claude or ChatGPT (reading a photo: invoice, price list or product): you then need an account with that provider and, depending on its terms, a paid plan may be required to add a connector. Check its terms and price.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Your data remains yours. At the end of the contract, access is deactivated. On request within 30 days, we provide you with an export in a common format, then delete your account and shopping data. Some data is kept for a limited period, notably billing data, messages and technical logs: the exact periods are set out in our privacy policy.
The service is in beta: what does that change for me?
You're among the first businesses to use Ret-AI-ler, and you benefit from it right away. The product evolves fast, with its users: your feedback shapes the next features, and you exchange directly by email with the team that builds it. What doesn't change: nothing is ordered or paid without your approval. The agent prepares the basket, you review it and pay for it at your supplier.
