06 · You stay in control

The agent proposes. You decide.

Six rules that apply on every channel.

Nothing is ordered or paid without you

The agent prepares the basket on your wholesaler's webshop; you approve the order and pay at your supplier. Every basket change needs your OK.

Your password stays yours

You enter it yourself on the webshop's real login page. Ret-AI-ler doesn't ask for it, doesn't store it, and keeps only the session, encrypted.

The basket is read back after every change

After an addition, a removal or a quantity change, the agent reads the webshop basket back and tells you what's in it.

An unknown price is never counted as €0

An unknown price is flagged. An incomplete total is shown as a minimum. An uncertain comparison is marked “to verify”.

An allergen's absence is never asserted

When a product's data is missing, the app says so. The AI estimate, if you enable it, only adds possible allergens, labelled “AI estimate”. The label of the delivered product remains the reference.

Your data, isolated from other customers

Your data is never visible to other customers. Our team accesses it only to run the service and assist you, under the terms of our privacy policy.

FAQ

What people ask us about the product.

Another question? Write to [email protected] or ask it during the demo.

Can the agent order or pay for me?

No, and that's deliberate. It prepares the basket on your wholesaler's webshop and gives you the link to the order page. You approve and pay yourself, at your supplier.

Which wholesalers does it work with?

With the webshops of several Belgian wholesalers.

Do I need to keep an inventory?

No. Reorder suggestions come from how often you bought before, for storable products.

What if a product is out of stock?

The agent flags it when it reads the basket, removes unavailable products if you wish and suggests replacement products from the same category. Nothing is replaced without your OK.

Where do the displayed allergens come from?

From the product sheets published by your suppliers, optionally completed by an AI estimate labelled as such. They help you spot a risk; the label of the delivered product remains the reference.
